Goals are great. Well defined goals are really great. Making your goals public puts an added social pressure on you to achieve them. To that end, here are my goals:

Lifelong Goals

  • Never get fat (stay below 20% bodyfat)
  • Save someones life
  • Publish an ebook
  • Get 10 EMAIL subscribers to my blog
  • 50 EMAIL subscribers
  • 100 EMAIL subscribers
  • 500 Email Subscribers December 2014
  • 1000 Email subscribers August 2015
  • 2000 Email Subscribers
  • Make it 21 Days without complaining (from “A Complaint Free World”)

Travel Goals

  • Travel South America for 6 months (Completed March 2013)
  • Attend Burning Man
  • Attend Coachella (Completed April 2012)
  • Visit Machu Pichu (Complete November 2012)
  • Visit Rio for Carnival (Completed February 2013)
  • Surf in Brazil (completed January 2013)
  • Attend a World Cup game
  • Attend an Olympic event
  • Visit Croatia (completed May 2015)

Learning Goals

  • Become fluent in Spanish
  • Become proficient in Portugese
  • Study Muy Thai for 6 months (completed September 2012)
Daily Goals
  • Write 500 words per day
  • Stretch
  • Be more grateful – show more gratitude
  • Practice Spanish
